Happy Birthday Don!

July 20th may be an important day for Space junkies but it is also an important day for Commer fans. It is the birthday of Don Kitchen, one of the surviving team that bought the TS3 and TS4 to the world. So we say Happy Birthday Don for your 85th birthday on this very important day.

Toll Talking Trucks - New Zealand old truck fans should note that Bill Hohepa has produced a series of 30 minute programmes called Toll Talking Trucks, which looks at some of the trucks and identities of the 50s and 60s, as well as how similar work is undertaken these days. Commers feature quite extensively on the programme which airs on Cue TV (Freeview 23 / Sky Digital 110) on Tuesday @5:00pm, Fridays @midday and 8:30pm and Sat@1:30pm.
